PM Modi launched MUDRA ( Micro Units Development Refinance Agency)banks to provide low-interest loans to startups and MSMEs in the non-corporate and non-farming sector. This low-interest loan scheme has been started to boost and conceptualize empower Indian entrepreneurs, MSME sectors. Three types of loan schemes are available
Sishu: This category is only for new business and loans avail up to Rs. 50,000
Kishor: For mid-aged businesses which want to explain their operations, loans avail up to Rs 5 Lakh.

Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro & Small Enterprises (CGTMSE)
CGTMSE is one of the largest startup funding schemes provided by the Ministry of MSME. Starting from 2000 onwards, under this scheme startups can get a collateral-free loan up to Rs 1 crore through the ministry of MSME and SIDBI. This scheme is for boosting startup individuals, small-scale industries, and micro-level businesses.

Credit Linked Capital Subsidy For Technology Upgradation (CLCSS)
CLCSS Scheme mainly for upgrading and modernizing the equipment, the aim for the scheme is up-gradation of technology in MSME sectors. Govt provides a subsidy of 15% for an investment of 1 crore to implement technology in startups, MSMEs, and small businesses.
Design Clinic For Scheme For Design Expertise

Govt of India has declared a Design clinic for the scheme for Design expertise to upgrade the design perspective of MSME, small business, and manufacturing sectors. Innovation and critical thinking are the main objectives when you are starting a business.
Under this scheme, Govt provides around Rs. 60,000 for attending design seminars and up to Rs. 3.75 lakh or 75% cost of the seminar where entrepreneurs can learn more about designs, meet design professionals, and many more.
